12 Account Suspension and Termination

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by aoewin2

The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

aoewin2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, aoewin2 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the aoewin2 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
